I just bought one and it works pretty well. Normally, I would use a regular wet sponge or towel, but w/this thing I don't need water.
I was skeptical, but Pete said "get it, they work" and now I know.

Re: animal hair sponge
Mon, October 11, 2004 - 12:23 PMI had one but it couldn't stand up to my pet hair problem. Started to decompose pretty quickly and leave little yellow bits every where.
Now I am devoted to the rubber brush- it's small and brushes the hair up into a little ball I can just pick up and throw away. Bought it as a set with a rubber broom for the floor (and carpet!) on QVC. -

Re: animal hair sponge
Mon, October 11, 2004 - 3:35 PMOh my gosh! I have one of those rubbery carpet rakes. It works so well for picking hair out of the carpet. Then it doesn't clog my vacuum. I have to admit, only a small part of the hair is my dog's, I'm the main shedder.
This tribe should be called People covered in dog and cat (and Anne) hair.
